Work Flow

Our Working Process

Before starting anything, we need to know exactly what our client wants and needs. The best way to do so is by meeting face-to-face with them, if they are within the same area. Gather all the information we can get out of them, ask relevant questions, take notes and most importantly, know their objectives.

By now, We should have a clear idea of what we need to look for in order to fulfill our client’s overall goals. Here are a few things we look at: Market trends Competitors Designs, colors and textures Product or service evaluation Though research requires much time and effort, keep in mind that it is always worth it in the long-run.

Start by creating a schedule where we list all the important steps in which will enable we to achieve our goal. By this I mean to take into account everything we have researched and from then on, we can develop a plan. Never fail to get approval from our client, since they will be with by our side every step of the way. In case of a disapproval, work together to achieve a common agreement.

Basing our design concepts on our previously developed strategy, we can now begin to use our creativity as a designer! It is probably the most exciting step in the graphic design process.

Now that the final design is ready, we can start the production, whether it is in the form of press, web or media. Always feel proud at the end of the process and recognize our accomplishments of a positive outcome with our client. The hard work pays off! Now, the graphic design process definitely cannot be completed in five steps – it requires a great amount of work within those steps. But, by following them, we will ensure a proper flow of our efforts towards an outcome that both we and our client will admire.
