Work with us: small team, senior work, fully remote

We are a compact team that stays compact on purpose. Everyone here is hands-on, works directly with clients, and owns their work end to end. No layers, no timesheets, no busywork.

No open roles at the moment

We would rather say that plainly than list roles we are not really hiring for. We still read every speculative application, and strong ones get kept on file for when something opens up.

Why work here

What the job is actually like

Fully remote

Work from wherever you are productive. We have been remote from the start, so it is how the team actually operates rather than a policy bolted on.

Senior, hands-on work

You own projects and talk to clients directly. Nobody here relays instructions from someone who never looked at the work.

Real AI work

Agents, RAG systems, and automation that ship to production for paying clients, not demos that die in a sandbox.

No agency theatre

No timesheets, no status decks, no billable-hour targets. Weekly demos of real work are the whole reporting system.

Range, if you want it

Marketing, AI, web, and app work sit under one roof, so it is straightforward to widen your skill set rather than repeat one task.

Honest scoping

We quote realistic timelines and say no to bad-fit projects, which means less firefighting and fewer impossible deadlines.

Who we look for

Skills we hire for, and how we work

Roles that come up

  • Performance marketers who can read an analytics report and act on it.
  • SEO specialists who understand AI search, not only classic rankings.
  • AI and LLM engineers who have shipped something real to production.
  • WordPress, Shopify, and full-stack developers who write clean code.
  • Designers who care whether the interface converts, not only how it looks.

How we expect people to work

  • You can work independently and ask when you are genuinely stuck.
  • You write and speak clearly in English, since most clients are international.
  • You are comfortable showing unfinished work at a weekly demo.
  • You would rather say "I do not know yet" than guess confidently.

Hiring questions

Openings are listed on this page when they exist, and this page is the only place we post them. If nothing is listed, we are not actively recruiting, but we do read speculative applications and keep genuinely strong ones on file for when something opens up.

Fully remote. The team has worked this way from the beginning and most clients are international, so the work is already distributed across time zones. There is no expectation of relocating or attending an office.

Occasionally, for genuine projects rather than as unpaid busywork. Because the team is small, we can only take someone on when there is a person free to mentor properly. If that is not the case at the time, we will tell you rather than string you along.

A conversation about what you have built, a small paid exercise relevant to the actual work, and a final call. We pay for the exercise because asking for free work is not something we are willing to do. The whole process usually takes a week or two.

Links beat a CV. Send anything you have shipped, work you contributed to, or a project you built for yourself, along with a short note on what your part actually was. We would rather see one thing you can talk about in depth than a long list of tools.
