How quickly does Logical Dottech reply to enquiries?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. The team works across time zones with clients worldwide, so an overnight message is normally answered by the next morning in your timezone.
Is the first call free?
Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. It is a 30-minute conversation to work out whether the project makes sense and whether the agency is the right fit. If it is not, they say so on that call.
What should be included in a first message?
The goal, roughly when it is needed, and anything that already exists such as a website, ad account, or codebase. A rough budget range helps. A detailed brief is not necessary; that is what the call is for.
Does Logical Dottech work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We have offices in India and Australia, and clients in India, the US, Canada and the UK. We work in English across time zones, and calls are by video, WhatsApp or phone at a time that suits you.
